All of our stock sold at retail price is guaranteed 100% for a 1 year period from date of purchase. Any items sold at 20% off and higher are considered wholesale or clearance items and cannot be covered under the warranty. Customers must return the dead item along with the cash register receipt presented to customer at time of purchase. Items must be intact, roots and all. (Except for balled trees.)
There is no guarantee on items killed by animals, pests, disease, neglect or acts of nature for which we have no control. There are no cash refunds. The policy is plant for plant, tree for tree at the value of the original purchase price. Guarantee is at the discretion of the management.
